What we collect
When you send a consultation request, we receive what you type into the form: your name, email address, and, if you choose to provide them, your phone number, location, project type, budget range, timeline, and message.
Our website analytics run only after you accept them in the consent banner. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set.
How we use it
We use consultation requests to reply to you and, if we work together, to plan the project. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone outside RJM Development except the services that deliver our email and host this website.
How long we keep it
We keep consultation requests for as long as we are in conversation with you, and for a reasonable period afterward in case you come back. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing info@rjmbuilders.com.
Your choices
You can change your analytics consent at any time using the link in the site footer. You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by email.
