6517 2nd Avenue is a custom, craftsman-style home in Takoma Park, built around a covered front porch and a gabled entry.
Building outside RJM’s usual Bellingham service area meant planning the schedule around a site and a climate the crew doesn’t build in every week, without cutting a corner on the finish.
Design
The craftsman details out front, the porch, the gable, set the tone for the rest of the house: proportions built for an entry people actually use, not just a facade for the street.
